YapeJap ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Egg Bridge Co., Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the YapeJap application.

Information We Collect

YapeJap does not require account registration and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

We collect only the following anonymous data:

• Japanese text you type during practice sessions (sent to our AI service for evaluation)
• Selected language preference and scene
• Temporary session identifiers (UUID, not linked to your identity)

How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI-powered Japanese language feedback
• To generate contextual NPC dialogue during your session
• Session data is discarded when the app is closed

Third-Party Services

We use Google Gemini API to process Japanese text and generate responses. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Data Retention

We do not store your conversation history on our servers beyond the active session. All session data is deleted when your session ends.

Children's Privacy

YapeJap is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
